Advantage and disadvantage of delivery systems

List at least 3 advantages and disadvantages of each delivery method:
Design -Bid-Build advantage is anyone meeting minimum requirements can bid on the work commonly used for public work. The disadvantage because of the open bidding process is very competitive as a rule the lowest bidder receive the contract, so in most cases there is not much profit margining.
Design Build the contractor designs and builds the project under one contract. In most cases contractors that have highly proven themselves are chosen because of their quality of work and ability to deliver a finish project on schedule. Advantage is general is a nice profit is made. Disadvantage could be on large projects of design build, may require more than normal management in keeping up with contractors scheduling.
Construction Management advantage could be saving the owner money by overseeing the subcontractors for management fee, whereas general contractors are trying to make as much profit as job allows.
Integrated Project Delivery may require a larger team of managers that specialize in scheduling and lawyer as well as office personnel to discuss the legal ramification of contract law. The disadvantage could be getting parties involve, agree with risk responsibilities and liabilities of share duties.

Lump Sum for good managers lump sum contract could provide good profit. The disadvantage if under bided or certain items of work was not price properly it could result in lost.
Unit Price where there is repeated work items on a project unit price is the best but in the repeated work if there are variations that not taken into account then there would be disadvantage.
Guaranteed Maximum Price it appears to be a save guard to protect the contractor. I do not see a disadvantage if the contract amount is less than the sum. The contractor still gets what he or she agrees.
Cost Plus the final price is determine the end cost appears to be a guarantee for the owner and the contractor that certain work will not supersede cost and the contractors fee not inflated. The disadvantage contractor may not be getting a profit percentage for work done even if he is able to save and keep job cost low.
Time and Materials is a safe guard for work being done and cost as well as labor cannot be estimated accurately. If this were a lot sum, the contractor would lose money by underbidding, however, time in material covers the essentials and provides a good wage.
